A Navigation Officer vision

MasterWheel has been brought to life by Adelaide, a 1st Navigation Officer employed in the Cruise Ships industry since 2016.

She has always believed in the power of Leadership and wanted to create something to help other people achieve important roles in their career without leaving behind the importance of being a great Leader.

When tasked with selecting a name for her new project, she began noting down words that were closely related to the themes she wished to explore.

Words like career, mastery, passion, inspiration and determination were among her initial choices.

She engaged in a playful wordplay exercise with these terms, experimenting with various combinations until “MasterWheel” emerged.

The act of naming it filled her with an inspiring emotion and as she believed that when emotions are ignited, magic is often the result, “MasterWheel” came to existence.

Given her background in the maritime industry, the two constituent words of MasterWheel have a connection with it.

“Master” is not only a title used for a ship’s Captain but also conveys the ability to control or even excel a skill.

“Wheel” refers to the ship’s helm, utilized for steering the vessel. But its pronunciation closely resembles the word “will”, signifying the determination to achieve one’s goals.

The fusion of these two words forms the foundation for the most significant success: your own.
